About Desato Enterprises Ltd.

Desato Enterprises Ltd. was founded in 2012 by an experienced professional with two decades in the commercial mechanical engineering field. The extensive background in large commercial construction and project management provided a strong foundation for seamlessly transitioning into the custom home building industry. From the beginning, the focus has been on leveraging exceptional communication and planning skills to bring concept designs from blueprints to reality. Custom home building presents its challenges, but it’s a natural fit for our expertise, and we’ve found immense satisfaction in seeing homeowners' dreams come to life. A successful custom home build starts with a strong owner-builder relationship, grounded in honesty, respect, and trust. This relationship is vital, as we work closely with homeowners from the permit submission stage or the start of construction through to final occupancy—and beyond. Our commitment to our clients extends through the home warranty period, ensuring they enjoy their homes for many years to come. At Desato Enterprises Ltd., we take pride in building high-quality homes of exceptional value, designed for those who intend to live in them long-term. Your home is more than just a structure; it's a place where memories are made, and we’re dedicated to making sure those memories are built on a solid foundation.
