About Desert Home Guardian Services

Welcome to the Desert Home Guardian Services (DHGS) Page. We provide peace of mind by minimizing risks and costly damages associated with unoccupied homes and vacation rental properties. After each property visit, reporting, with pictures, is provided to the homeowner. If a significant issue is found, the homeowner is contacted to align on a proper course of action. Insurance companies may not cover a claim if a home is vacant for 30 days or more. DHGS is an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). Accredited members must be insured, bonded, and licensed and pass a strict vetting process. DHGS also partners with the vacation networks, including Evolve and Airbnb.
