About Design Exteriors

With a background in home building and interior design, owner Sonny Shoebridge began his professional landscape career in 1984 under the tutelage of well known Houston landscape architect James D. Pierce. Sonny’s love affair with Colorado began in 1986 while working with one of Boulder’s premier Landscape Design/Build firms. Sonny moved to southern California in the late 80’s to pursue his professional studies in Landscape Architecture and Ornamental Horticulture, and to open his own San Diego based landscape design/build company, “Pacific Designscapes”. Since his return to Colorado in 2005, Sonny has focused the bulk of his attention in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas, assisting homeowners to maximize both the beauty and value of their property through the creation of excellent curb appeal, and gorgeous outdoor living spaces. The company’s creativity and thirst for excellence in the field of Landscape Design & Construction is documented in the many testimonials Design Exteriors receives annually from its clients.
