With design bases in Riyadh, Singapore, Dubai, Colombo, and Venice, we deliver innovative, human-centered architecture for cities, communities, and private clients worldwide. Our work spans urban masterplans, mixed-use developments, public-sector and institutional projects, hospitality and commercial architecture, and ultra-luxury residential commissions. We combine design excellence with strategic insight, creating environments that elevate experience and generate long-term value. Recognized globally—including awards from the Architecture MasterPrize, World Architecture Festival, and Luxury Lifestyle Awards—DesignOne continues to expand its international portfolio, with Riyadh emerging as a key hub for the firm’s next chapter.
