Design and construction of ISO 1090-1 certified structural steelwork with anti-seismic calculations on demand. This is possible because of welding qualifications (TIG and MIG welding). Specialization in design, study and feasibility of stainless steel tanks for food, chemichal and pharmaceutical industries, arranging qualified personnel for sizing the product at the customer's facility, studying and sizing the agitators with regards to the mixers and also installing the finished product at the customer's site. The closed cycle is our strenght: we are able to manage both the construcion with qualified personnel (we are ISO 3834-2 certified) and the finishes too because we have machines for polishing sheet metal with controlled and recorded degrees of roughness (roughness of 0.2 microns is reached). The Company also designs and builds pressure equipment and tanks, supplying the user with the turnkey machine with PED pratice validated by an external notified body and compliance with the Machinery Directive in case of moving parts.
