About Despierta.io

We’re redesigning local economies—one AI-managed, community-owned business at a time. At Despierta, we help small hospitality businesses become fully agentic, AI-driven operations. Our Digital Manager, GerenteD, automates up to 85% of tasks—from inventory and finances to orders and customer engagement—so business owners can focus on what matters: quality, community, and growth. But we’re not just optimizing operations—we’re rethinking ownership. Every time a customer makes a purchase, they get something back. Whether it’s shared value, rewards, or ownership, we make every transaction an investment in the businesses people love. Through transparent, automated systems, our ecosystem gives both consumers and owners the power to build, grow, and share in the success of their local favorites. We’re building an economy where cafés, taquerías, markets, and more become efficient, robotized, and transparent businesses—run by AI, owned by communities. Despierta is where tech meets purpose. Where buying a coffee can help you own the café. Where your favorite business becomes your business.
