About Destination Education

Destination Education is a London-based recruitment agency specialising in the education sector. Since 2008 we have helped thousands of teachers and teaching assistants across London and the surrounding counties find roles they love. Our strength lies in our reliability: our team brings over 40 years of combined consultancy experience, and we’re committed to long-term partnerships founded on loyalty and professionalism. We work with nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools and specialist/SEN settings, supporting daily supply, long-term cover and permanent placements. What makes us different: • You’ll have a dedicated consultant who understands your goals and supports your career journey — not just the next placement. • We offer CPD and safeguarding training to help you remain compliant, confident and ready for whatever role you take on. • From day one you’ll benefit from our strong relationships with schools and our transparent, professional approach. If you’re looking for a recruitment partner who values reliability, loyalty and high standards — and someone who looks after both educators and schools — Please contact us.
