Originally formed in 2001 as Tourism Greater Shepparton Inc and now trading as Destination Goulburn Valley, we are the independant advocate for the Goulburn Valley to be recognised as a visitor destination. We believe an effective tourism ecosystem for the Goulburn Valley takes partnership and collaboration. Encouraging local and state government to recognise and develop our region as a visitor destination. Our goal is to: Connect visitors to the diverse range of visitor experiences on offer in the Goulburn Valley region Increase the length of stay of visitors through a range of marketing and promotional activities Provide local professional development opportunities for the Visitor Economy sector Build cooperative relationships
