Our Mission Developed. By Women. (DBW) seeks out and trains women who aspire to have a career in real estate development and have demonstrated passion, capacity, and the grit required to execute projects successfully. DBW has a core team of mentors that provide apprentice-like opportunities, a healthy dose of optimism, and the trust required to bring out the best in our associate developers. Our Model We launch women into real estate development through pairing an intentional curriculum with immersive hands-on training. We do this because we know development is better when women are decision makers and collaborators. Utah is better when we work together. Our Projects We specialize in impactful developments that uplift individuals and communities. Creating a space for women to learn, own, and invest. We seek to harness the entrepreneurs, the placemakers, and caretakers to use their skills to shift Utah’s landscape, literally. The increased participation of diverse women will help amplify the many voices that we often represent. The voices of the people we love, the people we want to build for and the next generation.
