About Developing Our Community Network (DOC Net)

We are a grassroots organisation dedicated to championing diversity, inclusion, and representation within Ireland’s business and creative landscapes. Our mission is to spotlight and celebrate multicultural entrepreneurs and communities that are often underrepresented in mainstream narratives. Through curated showcases, pop-up events, and collaborative initiatives, we provide platforms for creatives, makers, and business owners to share their work, connect with wider audiences, and build sustainable visibility. Our work goes beyond celebration — we’re committed to developing our community. We run annual give-back initiatives that directly support local communities, fostering a culture of empowerment, access, and mutual support. By bridging cultural expression with entrepreneurship, we aim to create a more inclusive and representative future for Ireland’s creative and business scenes. Follow us on Instagram: @docneteir
