Originally, we focused on scaling teams within the start-up and scale-up scene. Overtime we evolved into a business that works with organisations of all sizes, from 1 man start-ups to enterprise businesses. We’ll work over the weekend to have a short-list across to you by Monday. - Access to passive candidates: We attend meetups at least once per month, which enables us to provide you with passive candidates who are not actively applying to job boards. - Our database: Every candidate entered into our database is meticulously categorised into folders based on their skillset, location, desired salary and work-from-home preference.
