About Devtraco Group

Devtraco Group, established in 1993 as a real estate development company focused on producing residential and commercial properties. Eventually, we branched into other businesses: construction, hospitality and development. The Group’s mission is to become West Africa’s premier real estate and development company, providing exclusive community living whilst meeting the needs of its stakeholders. We pride ourselves as a company that provides a wide range of products and services to our clientele. The Group has expanded its portfolio from single-unit family homes to large residential and commercial multi-unit buildings; developing over $250 million in properties spanning more than 100,000 square meters. Our broad expertise, strong financial relationships, and customer service-driven approach has contributed to our success and allowed us to build a varied portfolio of unique projects extending across the regions most attractive neighbourhoods.
