About DHG

DHG develops and invests in logistics real estate at main port areas and other logistic hubs. We control the full chain: from acquisition to development, leasing, asset- and property management. With our SMARTLOG concept, we deliver scalable logistics facilities, built for performance and speed, developed both for clients and speculative. Active across the main Dutch logistics corridors, DHG combines market insight with execution power. Sustainability is fully integrated, supported by our in-house energy company DHG TwoZero and BREEAM expertise. Going beyond real estate, our in-house logistics experts support clients with ADR, customs and operational logistics processes.
