About Dialogical Persona Healing Arts

My name is Kelsay, and I wear many hats, most of them bowler hats! I am a multifaceted creator and educator who is here on this life path to embody myself, to truly accept what arises within me and express it, so that I may serve as a healing guide and mirror. I look at myself, others and the world and try to create beauty from the composition, and sometimes, from the wreckage. Among my many facets and roles: I am a woman, a lesbian, a millennial, a Korean adoptee, a writer, mixed media artist and expressive arts practitioner working along the edges of the mythic self, trauma resolution and compassionate change. My work is for bold hearts on the road to transformation, embodiment and self-expression. If you’re holding back in your creativity and in your life, I offer cutting edge personal empowerment programs and courses to help you reestablish creative flow, experience more joy in life, and feel settled in your whole system. Some benefits of working with me: * I teach you how to find inner resources and embody them, so you can be all of who you are with more confidence, trust, and clarity. * I support you in exploring and reflecting on how you currently express yourself in your personal and professional relationships, so you can communicate more authentically from your own authority. * I help you discover new ways of defining what is most important to you, so you can live your life and complete your projects with renewed passion, excitement and creativity. * I guide you in embodying your personal power, so you have an expanded understanding of what you’re capable of personally and professionally, and you feel safe enough to express it with others and in the world. If you want extra support in reconnecting to yourself on all levels, you’re experiencing a transition in your personal or professional life that feels overwhelming or like too much, too soon, or you'd like clarity or perspective on more facets of who you are, let's connect!
