Dictio is a boutique law firm in Ukraine, it provides a full range of legal services to the clients in the real estate and construction, investments, disputes resolution. The company was founded in 2019 by an attorney and mediator Mrs Olena Shtohryn who takes advantage of her vast experience in civil service (State Property Fund of Ukraine), the experience of a corporate lawyer with a developer company and an outsource legal counsellor (Нead of real estate and construction practise, Partner) in a leading law firm. The company’s lawyers mastered a wide range of legal instruments from ‘aggressive’ ones, e.g., lawsuits, to mediation and negotiation techniques. The company is focused on: • pre-trial settlement (including alternative methods) • litigation settlement of all kinds of disputes related to the real estate and construction, investments; • due diligence of real estate and unfinished construction projects for the purpose of their acquisition, restoration, reconstruction, construction completion; • legal counselling to conclusion of the real estate, investments and construction related contracts; • advising on the application of the city-planning, land and land-use legislation. Recognition In 2020, the company received the honorary Forbes Ukraine Audience Choice Award within the framework of a business support project. Managing Partner Olena Shtohryn several times made it to the TOP-10 of the most promising young lawyers according to the 100 Best Lawyers – Client's Choice.
