Dietitian Approved is led by Advanced Sports Dietitian and triathlete, Taryn Richardson. As the official triathlon nutrition education partner of AusTriathlon, we provide evidence-based nutrition programs designed specifically for triathletes. Through our flagship Triathlon Nutrition Academy (TNA), the Triathlon Nutrition Kickstart Course, and a suite of athlete-friendly resources, we help age-group triathletes around the world understand exactly what to eat to support training, smash PBs, and enjoy the sport for life. Our philosophy is simple: real food, practical education, and no gimmicks. From recovery and race-day fueling strategies to everyday kitchen wins, we equip triathletes with the tools and confidence to take control of their nutrition.
