This end-to-end model creates a win-win: candidates become job-ready, and employers get skilled resources, reducing time and cost per hire. We operate through a SaaS platform that integrates learning, assessment, job application tracking, and recruiter engagement. Our network includes 15000+ college partners and 3,500+ direct corporate contacts, providing us with both supply and demand scalability.
