DIKAM is a Rwandan garment manufacturing company empowering women and youth through sustainable fashion. Founded with a mission to create inclusive economic opportunities, DIKAM produces high-quality uniforms, corporate wear, and children’s clothing — all proudly Made in Rwanda. We are more than a factory. We are a movement. Over 80% of our workforce is women, and we actively train young people and teen mothers in tailoring, textile production, and life skills — building pathways to long-term employment and self-reliance.
