About Dinwins

DINWINS – Intelligence First Consulting & Advisory Legal Name DINGEET LLP DINWINS is a strategic consulting firm built on one principle: Intelligence First. We do not sell AI tools. We do not run isolated pilots. We design AI-first strategies that reposition organizations for sustained competitive relevance. Artificial Intelligence is not simply a technology upgrade. It is a structural shift in how organizations compete, make decisions, operate, and govern. Yet most enterprises respond tactically—through fragmented initiatives or vendor-led experimentation. DINWINS ensures the response is strategic, disciplined, and leadership-driven. Our work begins with strategic clarity. We help leadership teams understand what is structurally changing in the AI landscape—beyond hype and market noise. We then conduct rigorous diagnostics across AI readiness, data maturity, competitive positioning, decision architecture, and operating models. Every assumption is challenged. Every decision framework is examined. From this foundation, we design AI-first enterprise strategies and phased transformation roadmaps. We define where AI must be embedded for durable advantage, where restraint is required, and how governance and leadership structures must evolve. Beyond strategy design, DINWINS serves as an ongoing advisory partner. We engage as Board Advisors, Independent Directors, and Strategic AI Advisors to guide execution and ensure transformation remains anchored at the top. We work selectively with Small and Medium Enterprises, growth-stage Startups, Ecosystem Institutions, and Academia. In academia, we advise on AI-forward governance and preparing students for an AI-driven economy. Each engagement begins with a structured fitment assessment. DINWINS is a focused strategic advisory for organizations committed to becoming AI-first enterprises. Contact us Dinesh@dinwins.com
