DispoTag is a delivery intelligence platform for ecommerce merchants. We make disposable shipment trackers that attach to packages and report location through a global detection network of satellites and smartphones. When a customer claims "I never received it," merchants typically have nothing but a carrier scan that says "Delivered." That's not enough — they lose the chargeback 60-70% of the time, costing them the order amount, a $15 Shopify fee, shipping, and processing fees. On a $50 order, that's ~$72 gone. DispoTag changes that. Our trackers record hundreds of independent location reports throughout delivery. When a dispute hits, we automatically generate an evidence package with GPS proof that the package arrived at the correct address and stayed there — then submit it directly to Shopify. No merchant intervention required.
