As part of The Ombuds Group, alongside Consumer Friend, the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman and the Rail Ombudsman, we are united by a shared mission: to raise industry standards, inspire consumer confidence and resolve disputes without the need for costly or time-consuming litigation.
