About DISTINCTIVE DEVELOPMENTS GROUP LIMITED

Multiple award winning boutique property development and bespoke house builder specialising in small to medium sized residential projects. Unlike many developers, we manage and deliver our projects from cradle to grave, beginning with sourcing and securing the land to obtaining planning and designing the schemes to building out from groundworks to final landscaping, not forgetting after sales customer support and service. High quality design and finish, often bespoke homes requiring an obsessive attention to detail, desirable and sustainable developments and providing beautiful new homes for families and individuals in the local area. We’re based in Stamford. Lincs and love this area, we live here too and drive past our developments regularly, so we build homes that we would be proud to call our home and we continue to nurture them like our children.
