After spending the last 20+ years recruiting, including 17 years in executive search, I launched Distinguished Search to create a firm aligned with my core values: working with fewer clients and offering more personalized services. I'm all about combining process with grit and perseverance, and matching journeys versus titles. I have a book about demystifying executive search with 4.8 stars on Amazon, a podcast, and a video series.
