The 3 job boards are all driven by a desire to see organisations become representative of the diverse talent we have in the UK: Diversifying.io was originally founded due to client demand and helps organisations showcase their D&I initiatives to diverse audiences, helping to improve the diversity of their talent attraction. Diversifying Leadership is a job board dedicated to increasing diversity and representation in management and leadership, for mid to senior roles, Board, Trustees and Non- Exec Advisors. Diversifying Agencies is a job board for Inclusive Recruitment agencies committed to diversity and inclusion to reach a diverse community of job seekers, advertising roles at all levels and across all industries.
