The Divine Mercy Health Center (DMHC) is a faith-inspired not-for-profit health system designed to improve overall health outcomes for patients and populations in central Arkansas. The current healthcare system is designed to address our physical health and illness but it is NOT designed to improve our overall health. The greater influence on overall health are the social determinants of health, such as where we live, our level of education, our income, and the community in which we live. The next generation of healthcare delivery must integrate services to simultaneously address the physical and social determinants of health if we are to ever improve overall health.
