About Divorce Matters

Divorce Matters works with men and women who are facing one of life’s most difficult times, the ending of a marriage. We focus on all aspects of divorce law, including pre-divorce legal counseling, complex divorce litigation, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, preservation of financial assets, negotiation of child custody arrangements, child support, maintenance, and protection of parental rights. With a background in complex litigation and dispute resolution for a variety of clients, Divorce Matters works with each client to develop a customized legal plan that addresses their individual needs, family issues, and primary concerns. This customized legal plan is implemented to help resolve each client’s matter quickly and efficiently. Divorce Matters teams with a variety of family law professionals – family counselors, therapists, accountants, and tax attorneys – who help our clients address their financial and emotional needs, often key concerns for individuals facing the end of marriage or custody disputes.
