Our goal is to create the change that will re-connect people and companies. Since Covid-19, our lives changed. We’re constantly rethinking our purpose in life, and questioning the role work plays in our lives. Disengagement is at its highest levels across all age groups, making turnover or quiet quitting top of mind challenges for managers. The difficulty for companies is that engagement cannot be forced top-down. And everyone’s values and interests not only are uniquely different, but they also change over time. At djob, our focus since day one has been to develop a solution that empowers teams, bottom up, to create change.
