We encompass IT and Real Estate expertise. DJSG also advises Infra funds and PE firms with platform and portfolio investments. DJSG acts as an extension of an organizations IT, Real Estate and internal Procurement arms managing the site selection process. We focus on all attributes of solutions within each market taking into account, location, geographic risk, concentration risk, power, fiber, water, vendor stability, and vendors ability to provide the right solution to the end user.
