About Dmar International

DMAR International specialises in marine operations assurance and consulting across the North Sea and Mediterranean. Our SOMWS‑qualified surveyors and seasoned marine consultants support developers, EPCIs, TSOs, cable OEMs and vessel owners during high‑risk operations such as heavy lifts, towage and landfalls. We bridge engineering assurance, safety consulting and marine operations oversight to ensure projects comply with DNV, LR, JNRC and project‑specific standards. Our services encompass suitability surveys; towage, positioning and installation support; engineering analyses of stability, ballast, mooring, lifting, sea‑fastening and transport routes; load‑out and sea‑fastening supervision; project cargo operations; technical document reviews and readiness assessments; and ALARP‑based safety and risk consulting.
