About Do Good Charity Initiative

DO GOOD CHARITY INITIATIVE is registered as a non-profit organization under the Companies and Allied Matters Act No. 1 of 1990 by the Corporate Affairs Commission Nigeria (CAC/IT/NO.103114). Our aims is to contribute positively to the lives of children, young individuals, and women, and to the development of communities by promoting social impact initiatives through Social protection, education, and community development activities. We are mainly concerned about vulnerable children, women, and communities across the country that have limited access to basic commodities such as food, water, clothing, and shelter. Through education, we intend to increase the awareness and understanding of social impact in various communities. We want to see our society learn how to take care of one another in meaningful ways through philanthropy. We believe that some of the causes of poverty include early marriages, lack of education, child labor, lack of access to Clean Water and Sanitation, Child Abuse, Female Genital Mutilation(FGM), Food insecurity, and unavailability of clean clothing. For these reasons, we are working with government and non-government institutions in poverty-stricken slums in Lagos state and underserved communities in Nigeria to eradicate some of these causes of poverty. OUR VISION To impact and make life a memorable experience for vulnerable children and women in Nigeria. OUR MISSION Creating a sustainable change within our environment by contributing positively to the development of the community, catering to the needs of vulnerable children, and also empowering women. OUR CORE VALUES The core values of do good as a charity initiative are community, integrity, inclusiveness, teamwork, compassion, and service for all. By helping and empowering the needy and helplessmchildren, and women in disadvantaged communities we strive hard to achieve our core values.
