About Docketbook

Docketbook is the digital backbone of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for construction, transport, and heavy industries. We help contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers replace manual, error-prone paperwork with a structured, real-time, mobile-first workflow. In an industry where a single lost paper docket can lead to payment disputes or lost revenue, Docketbook provides a single source of truth. By digitising the exchange of data, from placing an order to capturing proof of work and generating an invoice, we remove commercial friction and ensure every party has the information they need to focus on delivering value. Why the Industry Chooses Docketbook: • Eliminate Paperwork & Errors: No more chasing illegible carbon copies or re-keying data. Capture GPS-verified, time-stamped dockets instantly from the field. • Accelerate Cash Flow: Our "Purchase, Prove, Pay" workflow enables three-way matching of orders, dockets, and invoices, reducing disputes and speeding up the payment cycle. • Seamless Integration: We play well with others. Docketbook integrates directly with ERPs and accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, JobPac, and Coins to automate your back-office. • Supply Chain Connectivity: Join Australia’s fastest-growing supply chain network.
