Domaine Cailhol GAUTRAN is a family estate in the heart of Languedoc (Occitanie). We produce red, white and rosé wines, all classified as AOC Minervois and certified organic since 2020. We've been making wine for 5 generations. 🍷 We work exclusively with the grape varieties of the "Minervois" appellation to create wines that are rich in personality, emotion and reflection of our terroir. 🍷 Our wine range includes two white Minervois (whites represent only 3% of the Minervois wine production). 🍷 Since 2014, we have been vinifying and producing wines without added sulfites, with the ambition to extend this practice to our entire range. 3 GOOD REASONS TO WORK WITH US: 🤝 A good blend: we combine, in our daily work as winemakers, tradition - aging in vats, barrels and earthenware jars, hand-picking - and modernity - offering elegant and ready-to-drink wines, to enjoy the richness they contain without waiting. 🙏 Always with respect: respecting the environment that allows us to offer quality products is not just a rational choice, it is a personal commitment. Yields are voluntarily limited, the soil is worked as little as possible, and natural vegetation is kept in place during winter...
