Domus Decoration jobs and careers

About Domus Decoration

Operating primarily under strict NDAs as a private, closed-loop development partner, Domus Decoration bridges the critical gap between visionary architectural intent and rigorous, commercial-grade physical execution. Through a proven Joint Venture (JV) delivery model with private developers and UHNW investors, we act as the technical design and delivery authority for high-stakes assets across the GCC. Led by a leadership team with an Architect-Engineer DNA and 23+ years of Developer-side experience, we engineer the realization of ultra-luxury assets through a vertically integrated model: I. Architecture & Interior Design Studio We craft bespoke spatial narratives for high-end residential, VIP hospitality, and heritage assets. Our philosophy is rooted in structural logic, translating complex aesthetic visions into highly functional, constructible realities. II. Captive Manufacturing & Executive Fit-Out To guarantee uncompromising finish quality and eliminate third-party supply chain risks, we operate our own captive manufacturing facilities. Producing bespoke premium furniture and handmade gypsum elements, we protect the Developer’s Gross Development Value (GDV) and ensure timeline certainty. The Governance & Commercial Edge We speak the language of both Designer and Developer. By applying strict Design-to-Value (DtV) engineering, we optimize CAPEX and protect target IRRs without diluting premium quality. Executive Track Record: • Delivery oversight of $350M+ portfolios (30+ Royal Assets across the GCC). • Executive leadership in $1.87B+ Master-Planned Communities. • Flawless execution of flagship 5-star hospitality renovations and VIP suites. Whether acting as the Lead Design Consultant or the vertically integrated Joint Venture partner, Domus delivers assets that perform financially and inspire architecturally.
