About Don Smith Designs LLC

Don Smith Designs is a veteran-owned digital agency that helps busy business owners turn their websites into reliable growth tools — not just online brochures. We design, build, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites with a focus on clarity, automation, and long-term scalability. From new builds to ongoing support, our work is centered on improving conversions, streamlining processes, and reducing the day-to-day burden of managing a website. Our services include custom website design & development, WordPress maintenance and support, and AI-powered chatbot solutions that help capture leads and improve customer experience. We also provide strategic guidance to ensure every project supports real business goals — not just aesthetics. Most of our clients find us through referrals, and we take a consultative, no-pressure approach to every engagement. If you’re looking for a website partner who prioritizes results and efficiency, we’d love to talk.
