About Doodle Pirates Incorporated

We believe the future can be built differently. Doodle Pirates began with a simple question: what if play, work and belonging were designed together from the start? That question has guided years of engineering, design and quiet experimentation that eventually grew into the company we are building today. Our work has deep roots in engineering and innovation. In 2013, that work expanded through Sector Q Corporation, a product development and engineering services company supporting programs in the aerospace industry. Solving complex technical challenges in those environments required careful design, disciplined systems and thoughtful problem solving. During those same years another idea quietly took shape alongside the engineering work. We began exploring ideas around play, learning and thoughtful product design. Over time those ideas grew through experimentation and conversations with families, educators and members of the neurodivergent community. Because what we build is meant to last. Doodle Pirates represents the convergence of those efforts, the discipline of engineering and the creativity of exploration. Today we are increasing our focus on products, tools and systems that support learning, creativity and human potential. At the same time, we are developing community-centered software, inclusive micro-factories and workplaces that create meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. Everything we build is guided by the Doodle Pirate Code. The Code shapes how we treat people, how we make decisions and how we move forward when the path is unclear. Rooted in exploration, compassion, courage, humility and optimism, it is the standard we hold ourselves to as we grow. If we do our job well, what we build will offer more than products.
