About Dorsey & Company Strategic Consultants to Management

"We don't experiment on our clients, or their customers" --Julius C. Dorsey Jr., President We deliver solutions when competitors or other market forces present barriers to achieving goals. How? The process usually begins with a question: Do you know what competitors or other competitive forces are really doing to hamper your progress? Are all of your strategic advantages recognized and properly aligned with your goals? We find out, and then we provide our clients the strategic guidance to bypass, stop competitors’ advancement or to surpass them to reach goals. Our clients’ results since 1987 confirm the effectiveness of our methods. Dorsey & Company provides services in four essential areas to help companies market more effectively: Competitive and Marketing Strategy, Marketing Tactics, Strategy Implementation and Market Research.
