About Dot Systems, Inc.

Dot Systems, Inc. is a shipping supplies distributor in Dayton, Ohio. The company was founded in 1979 by Joe Dotson who is still the President. Dot Systems is now one of the biggest shipping supplies distributors in the tri-state area of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Not only does Dot Systems distribute shipping supplies to its customers, the company also does service on numerous shipping/packaging machines. 2020 marked our 42nd year in the shipping and packaging industry. Along the way, we’ve built a reputation for being responsive to our customers’ needs by providing them with the highest quality products at the lowest prices in the fastest possible time. When Joe Dotson started Dot Systems in 1979, we were a small company in southwestern Ohio, serving a local clientele. By making the needs of our customers our first priority, we’ve grown into a national provider of shipping supplies. Along the way, we’ve learned that our success depends on giving your needs our complete attention with that small company touch we have never forgotten. In addition to Joe, a second generation of the Dotson family, his son David, now works to maintain close relationships with our customers. The recent years have been a time of exciting growth for us. Not long ago, we moved to our current facility, a multi-warehouse location, accessible in minutes to major freeways, trucking companies, railways and air freight providers. Our "Just In Time” shipping program, in which inventory is kept in stock for customers and guaranteed shipped as needed, is second to none. From our first day to this day, our mission at Dot Systems is a constant commitment to: Purchase only the highest quality products at the lowest cost to pass the savings on to you, our customer. Maintain a large stock of products, tools and equipment to serve our customers’ needs immediately. Satisfy every customer.
