Dotmon8 builds infrastructure for how modern businesses operate. Many businesses today rely on a mix of calls, messaging, and manual processes to handle customer interactions, orders, and fulfillment. While this works, it often lacks structure and becomes difficult to manage as activity grows. Dotmon8 focuses on organizing that process — bringing structure to how businesses receive, confirm, and manage orders, while maintaining the flexibility they rely on. Our first platform, Oja, enables businesses to operate digital storefronts and service-based offerings with built-in reservation flows, communication channels, and order tracking. We are currently onboarding early businesses and refining the system through real-world usage.
