About Doumak, Inc.

Doumak, Inc. is The Marshmallow Company, a leading producer of packaged and bulk marshmallows for distribution worldwide through wholesale, retail grocery, and food service channels. Since its inception, Doumak has produced only one product, marshmallows. With the goal of providing a total marshmallow category solution, Doumak offers world famous brands Campfire®, Fireside®, and Rocky Mountain™ marshmallows, in addition to their private label, export and ingredient options. Doumak drives category growth through new items, innovation, and merchandising. Doumak, Inc. is a family owned business with a focus on quality, customer service and value. All Doumak products are made in the USA, and Doumak is the only US marshmallow company with multiple state-of-the-art, highly automated manufacturing facilities. Doumak offers the flexibility of new products, pack sizes, case counts, flavors, and piece size to find or create the right marshmallow for the customer. Doumak began its marshmallow-making journey in 1921 and in 1954, invented and patented the extrusion process of manufacturing marshmallows. This process allowed cost-efficient mass production, making marshmallows an everyday sweet treat and favorite ingredient for many recipes. Today, Doumak marshmallows are made to order to produce the best quality and freshest marshmallows possible.
