About Dow Bay Area Family YMCA

The Dow Bay Area Family Y offers an opportunity to reach your health and wellness goals with a wide array of programs and services, but they are more than just a ‘swim and gym’ facility. With well-maintained facilities, exercise equipment, highly trained staff, child care and special programs, they create an environment which keeps you on track to meeting your fitness goals. Or, if you want to have a cup of coffee, sit and chat with friends, or play a game of pool in our Family Center, the Y is a place where there is something for everyone and all are welcome!
