About DOWE

Growth can bring many challenges to your company. Keeping your startup running lean while the team doubles its size and moves to a new, foreign space can be a challenge if you don't manage the process well. How agile can you be when the new executives start running things from enclosed offices? How collaborative when most employees do not know what their partner is doing or what’s the company's main objectives are? DoWe, helps companies grow by creating workspaces that suit their workflows, and brings their values to every daily activity. Using 'Transformative Design' an innovative methodology based on Design Thinking, Human Centered-Design and change management, we help co-create spaces that inspire people to give their best. Our company has already helped taking leading startups such as Deliveroo and Spotahome to move into the next level, as well as shaped international innovation spaces such as Working Share Co-workings. Sandra and Silvia, the founders have 10 years of experience on this field and add knowledge about the corporate workplace and collaborative spaces. Knowing from firsthand those two differents worlds, their needs and potencial. We're DoWe and we loved to create ecosystems for people who love what they do!
