Using a biopsychosocial and holistic approach to coach people through changing their thoughts which dictate their behaviour towards a healthier lifestyle. Over decades of experience working with Occupational health, providing early intervention and tailored longer term support for those recently off work or long term sickness absences. Our approach is using functional rehabilitation to help coach people through lived experience to KNOW that they can move with their pain and injuries, as well as UNDERSTAND that the pain can be controlled through conservative approaches with less use of Medication.
