DPA's Founder is David Press, a specialist recruiter with over 30 years’ experience who founded, scaled and successfully exited DMJ Recruitment (sale to Private Equity in 2022), an award-winning legal and governance recruitment company. In this new venture, DPA Group brings together deep industry knowledge and expertise with a new way of working inspired by the success of dispersed law and consultancy firms. Our initial focus is the governance market, where we bring deep expertise and long-established networks. From this foundation, we are building a broader specialist recruitment business across key functions including legal, risk, compliance and finance.
