For more than 50 years, Dr. Bruce Berkowsky, the founder and teacher of the noted Natural Health Science System™ (NHSS), has dedicated himself to the study and practice of the art and science of natural healing. He constructed his unique and dynamic system of health creation by synthesizing the complementary aspects of traditional naturopathy, classical homeopathy, Western science, traditional Eastern healing arts, and anthroposophical science. This framework acknowledges the unity of human life with the fundamental elements and rhythms of nature, incorporating modern physiological and biochemical knowledge within that context. In the last 30 years, Dr. Berkowsky has focused much of his attention on developing the art of Spiritual PhytoEssencing (SPE), his specialized system of deep, soul-level healing work using essential oils.
