About Dr. Mariah Lancaster for Congress

I became a veterinarian to help people and their pets, to make sure that no family has to choose between their monthly bills and saving the life of a beloved family member. I quickly realized that helping one animal, one person, or one family at a time was not enough. The economic problems facing Americans are larger than a single emergency, though that’s all it takes to tip most families into crisis. The system is rigged – and Massachusetts families are struggling to stay afloat. I moved to Washington to enter public service, first working at the State Department and then in Congress. I managed tens of millions of dollars in foreign aid and fought for funding for communities across the country, grounded in the belief that our government should work for the people it serves. Now, I am running for Congress in Massachusetts’ Sixth District to bring that same care, experience, and commitment home to the North Shore. Our community deserves a Congressperson who will put the people first. To make life better for working families, we have to send working Americans to Washington. 🔗 Learn more and get involved: https://www.mariahlancaster.com/
