About Dr. Michelle Sala & Associates

At Dr. Sala and Associates, we are passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. From comprehensive psychological assessments to therapy and consultation, we offer thoughtful, personalized care in both English and French. Located in the heart of Waterdown, we are proud to serve clients across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Flamborough, and surrounding areas. Many of the individuals and families we work with come to us for support with attention and learning differences, including ADHD, learning disabilities, and autism. We also help clients navigate emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, as well as stress related to school, work, or major life transitions. Our team offers guidance for parenting challenges, burnout, and low mood, and supports those exploring issues around self-esteem, identity, grief, trauma, and family relationships. Across all concerns, our goal is to help clients build understanding, resilience, and meaningful connection.
