About Dr.You

Dr.You, a modern apothecary that helps people slow down, check in with themselves, and build better balance across their lifestyle. Based in Madrid, Dr.You is part apothecary, part sanctuary. We offer our own line of clean, effective supplements, a smart selection of wellness tools and gadgets, and a rotating calendar of live experiences (from yoga classes to guided breathwork sessions) that bring self-awareness into everyday life. Our approach is deeply personal. We don’t tell people what to do, we give them the tools to get to know themselves better. Whether it's through a self-check-in or a longer journey, everything we do supports people in finding more clarity, energy, and joy. In a world of noisy wellness trends, Dr.You is about calm, curiosity, and quality.
