Draksa Law Firm was established in 2023 with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services tailored to the unique needs of its clients. Under the leadership of Daniel Aritonang, the firm is driven by a mission to provide innovative, reliable, and solution-oriented legal counsel. Prior to founding Draksa, Daniel served as a lawyer at Widyawan & Partners, in association with Linklaters, a globally recognized international law firm. With over seven years of professional experience, he has developed deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), dispute resolution, and restructuring and bankruptcy. Daniel advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, construction and real estate, manufacturing, trading and retail, entertainment, and technology. He is a licensed advocate and an active member the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Indonesian National Association of Legal Auditors (PAHN) and the Indonesian Association of Mining Legal Consultants and Advocates (PERKHAPPI).
