About DropCar

DropCar, Inc., formerly WPCS International Incorporated, offers a vehicle support platform. The Company develops a cloud-based platform and a mobile application that provides automotive logistics and mobility services. Its platforms serve the dealers, leasing companies and original equipment manufacturers in the automotive industry and the consumers as well. Consumers use the DropCar mobile application to schedule pickup and drop-off of their vehicles by professionally-trained drivers, either on-demand or with as little as an hour advance notice. DropCar offers its enterprise vehicle assistance and logistics (VAL) technology platform to auto dealerships and fleet managers. The platform tracks vehicle movements, service status and provides e-mail and text notifications to both dealers and customers. DropCar's VAL is also used by mobility service providers to facilitate movement and maintenance of shared vehicles to streamline operations.
