About DRV Assistants

DRV Assistants is a remote workforce partner helping businesses scale their operations with trained, reliable teams. We support companies across AI, eCommerce, and service industries by handling time-consuming backend work so they can focus on growth. Our core expertise lies in AI data workflows—annotation, dataset preparation, quality validation, and data cleaning—ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable data for high-performing models. Alongside this, we provide end-to-end back-office support including customer service (email/chat), eCommerce operations, online research, and CRM management. With over 10 years of experience in back-office operations, our team is trained to deliver consistent quality across a wide range of tasks with strict data privacy and confidentiality. We operate from a dedicated office setup, ensuring strong supervision, accountability, and scalability. We also offer a 2-day free trial so you can evaluate our work quality with no commitment. Whether you need a single resource or a full team, we work as an extension of your operations—quietly in the background, reliably delivering results.
